A package is a purchase of Sugano membership and chat coins. It is not an investment, and no income, profit or return of what you paid is promised or guaranteed. Commissions are paid only on packages that other people actually buy. They depend on your own sales activity and can be zero, and many members earn little or nothing. Payments are made in USDT, and the PEPE bonus is a volatile crypto asset whose value can fall sharply. Buy a package only for the membership itself, and only with money you can afford to spend.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Xmoney World (the "Platform", at xmoneyworld.net), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure above. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws where you live to buy digital services and to take part in direct-selling programmes. You are responsible for complying with those laws. The Platform is not offered where this is prohibited.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Connect only wallets you control. We will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.
4. Packages & Sugano Vouchers
Packages are sold at the prices shown on the Platform and paid on-chain in USDT, as BEP-20 on BNB Smart Chain or TRC-20 on Tron. A package counts as bought once its payment is confirmed on that chain. Every package issues one Sugano voucher code for the membership period and number of chat coins shown for that package. Each code can be redeemed once, in the Sugano app. Keep your codes private: anyone holding a code can redeem it. Chat coins have no cash value and can be used only inside Sugano, under Sugano's own terms.
4a. PEPE Bonus
Part of each package price goes towards a PEPE bonus, credited to your account at the rate and PEPE price set by the Platform when you buy. The bonus is recorded on the Platform, not sent to your wallet at purchase. Its value follows the PEPE market and can change or fall to very little. The Platform may change the bonus rate for future packages at any time.
4b. Commissions
Members can earn referral, binary matching and All Sale commissions on packages bought by people in their network, under the rates published on the Platform. All Sale commissions are paid only to members holding a qualifying package. Total commissions are capped at a percentage of your own package purchases. Once you reach the cap, a new package starts a new cycle. Commissions are not interest, a dividend or a return on what you paid, and the Platform may change the rates for future sales.
4c. Refunds
Because a package is delivered as a voucher code the moment it is paid, packages are generally non-refundable once the code has been redeemed. If something went wrong with a purchase and its code has not been used, contact support. A refunded package's voucher is cancelled.
5. Withdrawals & Fees
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet you connect at the time of the request. A withdrawal fee and a minimum amount may apply and are shown before you confirm. On-chain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for providing a correct destination address. Processing may be automatic or manual and can be delayed by network conditions or review.
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or securities dealer. You make all decisions at your own risk.
7. Prohibited Use & Compliance
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, financing illegal activity, or any unlawful purpose. We may request identity verification and may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in prohibited activity or that violate these Terms.
8. Referral Conduct
Do not make income claims to people you invite. Do not say or suggest that buying a package is an investment or that it earns a return. Creating fake accounts, buying packages only to qualify for commissions, self-referral or other abuse may lead to commissions being withheld and the account being closed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, blockchain failures, third-party wallets, or events beyond our reasonable control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
